Legal protocols governing the use of the Pranshi Energy Platform and its specialized mineral intelligence modules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pranshi Energy Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pranshi Energy regarding your use of our intelligence tools, including the EMPIRE, IGNITE, and REIGN modules.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and its associated services.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Core
All algorithms, thermodynamic simulation engines, and software architecture are the exclusive property of Pranshi Energy.
Module Intelligence
The specific logic within EMPIRE (Basin Mapping), IGNITE (DLE Scoring), and REIGN (Project Planning) is protected proprietary technology.
3. User Responsibilities & Data
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data uploaded to the platform, including brine chemistry assays and operational parameters.
- Accuracy: Pranshi Energy is not responsible for errors in simulations resulting from incorrect user input.
- Compliance: You must ensure that your data collection and use comply with all local and international energy regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Pranshi Energy Platform provides intelligence and simulations for decision-support purposes. While we strive for maximum accuracy in our thermodynamic and economic models, results should not be construed as financial guarantees or engineering certainties. Pranshi Energy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from project decisions made based on platform outputs.
